Cutting — Precision from Pattern to Production
Once fabrics are approved, the cutting process begins with digital pattern development and marker planning to ensure accuracy across all sizes while optimizing fabric utilization. Layouts are generated and plotted before being transferred to the cutting floor, where fabric is spread under controlled conditions to maintain alignment and consistency.
Each component is then cut with precision to ensure uniformity across all garments. Cut panels are verified against approved specifications before moving into induction, where bundles are labeled, sorted, and prepared for stitching — maintaining accuracy and seamless flow throughout production.

Production Preparation
Following cutting, all garment components move into a controlled preparation stage where they are organized for production. Each piece is grouped into bundles and systematically labeled according to size, style, and order, ensuring full traceability throughout the production process.
Every bundle is counted and verified before being allocated to specific stitching lines. This structured approach minimizes errors, maintains consistency, and ensures a smooth, uninterrupted workflow as garments move into assembly.

Stitching — Where Scale Meets Control
Garments move into stitching across 8 dedicated halls, each structured to support woven garment production at scale.
With a monthly capacity of 200,000 units, operations are designed to maintain consistency across high-volume output without compromising construction quality.
Production is driven by a combination of advanced machinery and skilled operators, enabling precision across both standard and complex garment builds.
Each line operates under direct supervision, ensuring strict adherence to specifications, construction standards, and workflow efficiency at every stage.

Quality Control
Quality control is integrated throughout the production process, beginning at stitching and continuing through to final inspection. Inline checks are conducted during assembly to identify and correct any issues in real time, ensuring consistency across all garments.
After stitching, each piece undergoes detailed inspection to verify measurements, construction, and finishing against approved specifications.
This continuous oversight ensures that only garments meeting required standards proceed to the final stages of production.

Finishing & Packing
After final inspection, garments move into finishing, where loose threads are removed, pieces are pressed, and overall presentation is refined to meet required standards. Each garment is prepared to ensure consistency in appearance, structure, and packaging.
Once approved, products are carefully packed according to client specifications and shipment requirements, ensuring they are delivered in optimal condition and ready for distribution.
