PRODUCTION DEPARTMENTS

End-to-End Manufacturing Under One Roof

All departments operate within the Lahore facility.

Pattern Development & CAD Body

Computerised pattern development using Jindex QQ high-speed inkjet plotting. Digital patterns are generated in-house and sent directly to the cutting floor, eliminating manual drafting error.

Precision Fabric Cutting

Industrial rotary cutting on multi-ply fabric stacks, guided by CAD-printed patterns. Cuts are checked for alignment before advancing to stitching..

Multi-Hall Stitching Operations

Eight dedicated stitching halls running Jack A5E, JUKI, Supreme, and Zoje industrial machines. Each hall is supervised with internal quality checks per production run..

Specialist Automated Assembly

Dedicated automated units for pocket-setting, waistband, and belt-loop operations using Qian Xing machinery. Automation at these stages reduces stitch variation across high-volume orders.

In-Line & Final Quality Control

Quality checks are conducted at each production stage, not only at final inspection. Garments are measured against client-approved specifications before packing.
