What is your minimum order quantity?+
MOQ varies by product and complexity. For standard workwear, MOQ typically starts from 500–1,000 pieces per style. Contact us with your specifications for a precise assessment.
What garment categories do you manufacture?+
We specialize in woven workwear: work trousers, coveralls, utility jackets, hi-vis garments, shorts, and custom specification garments for industrial and safety workwear brands.
What certifications does Canter hold?+
Canter holds OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, ISO 9001:2015, CTPAT, and Sedex/SMETA certifications. We are also a BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) member. Documentation is available on request.
How long does the sampling process take?+
With a complete tech pack, initial prototypes are typically ready in 2–3 weeks. Our in-house sampling team handles all development without outsourcing, reducing delays significantly.
What is your standard production lead time?+
Standard bulk lead times range from 45–75 days after sample approval and fabric confirmation. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on production capacity.
Do you provide fabric sourcing?+
Yes. We can source compliant fabrics on your behalf from our established supplier network. Buyers may also supply their own fabrics (CMT model). All fabrics are OEKO-TEX® verified where required.
Can we visit your factory?+
Absolutely. We welcome factory visits and third-party compliance audits. Virtual tours are available for international buyers. Contact us to arrange your preferred format.
